We have extended it to 10 years for mounts (excluding sleeve and metal plate) when you register your product using the dedicated short questionnaire.

⏱ How long is the warranty?
When you purchase a Shapeheart product, you benefit from a warranty on the magnetic system 🏆. But don't worry — the magnets are designed to hold for decades and decades. Regarding the sleeve, the textile parts and the elastics for two-wheel products, the standard warranty is 2 years.

🔧 What happens if I have an issue?
The process is simple: if you experience any issue under normal use, we will replace the defective part. That's the advantage of buying from a French company 🇫🇷. It ensures better after-sales service quality. Because producing tens of thousands of parts each year, we can never be completely certain that a small defect hasn't slipped through on a product.
